Which markets does CardNuvio serve?
CardNuvio is intended for eligible users in Nigeria and Ghana. The country printed on a gift card refers to its issuing market, not where our service is offered.
How do I sell a gift card?
Open Sell Gift Card in the app, choose your card type, enter its details and provide the requested images or codes through the app. Review the quote and follow the order status. Only submit cards that you legally own and are entitled to sell.
Why did my quote change?
Quotes depend on the brand, issuing country, card type, denomination, validation result and current market conditions. Check the final offer before you agree. A displayed quote is not a guaranteed payout.
Where can I find my payout?
Check Wallet and your withdrawal history in the app. Make sure your supported bank account details are correct. If a payout needs investigation, contact us with the order or withdrawal reference; do not send a full bank statement unless requested through an appropriate channel.
How do I recover my account?
Use the password recovery option on the login screen and follow the email verification steps. If you cannot access your registered email, contact support. Never share a login password, one-time code or withdrawal PIN.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete Account, review the deletion notice and complete the email verification and confirmation. If you cannot sign in, use the contact method on our Privacy Choices page.
What should I send to support?
Send a short description, app version, device model and relevant order reference. Mask personal information in screenshots. Do not email gift card redemption codes, identity documents, passwords, one-time codes or withdrawal PINs.
