Using CardNuvio
These terms describe the CardNuvio gift-card service operated by WING HING DISPENSARY LIMITED. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older in Nigeria and Ghana. Use accurate account information and only transact where you are legally permitted to do so. Read the final trade instructions and quote before confirming.
Eligible cards & ownership
Only submit genuine gift cards that you legally own and have the right to sell. Do not submit stolen, fraudulently obtained, altered, already redeemed or otherwise invalid cards. Eligibility depends on card type, issuing market, condition and validation. Keep redemption details private and use the app’s designated submission flow.
Quotes, fees & our business
We purchase eligible gift cards at an accepted quote and may resell them to earn a margin. Quotes can change before acceptance and depend on verification and market conditions. Any additional transaction or withdrawal fees are shown before confirmation. Do not assume that a displayed estimate or the card’s printed denomination is your final payout.
Review & payouts
Card review and payout processing times vary. Track progress in the app and contact support with the transaction reference for an unresolved issue. You are responsible for entering accurate supported payout-account details. Requests may require additional review where there is a discrepancy or dispute.
Cancellations & disputes
Contact support promptly if you submitted incorrect information or wish to dispute a review. Whether a trade can be cancelled or reversed depends on its processing stage and any applicable legal rights; completed card redemption may prevent reversal. We will review the relevant transaction record. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Account security & closure
Keep your password and withdrawal PIN private. Do not share access or use the service for unlawful activity. Use Settings → Delete Account to request account closure, or contact support if you cannot sign in. Resolve outstanding transaction questions before closure; some records may need to remain for applicable legal or dispute purposes.
Privacy & verification
Our Privacy Policy explains data use and choices. Our KYC framework is explicitly marked as proposed; publication is not a claim that the listed controls are already deployed. Any newly introduced identity collection requires an appropriate notice.
